I Usage This machine is suitable for the general foundry workshop, also suitable for mechanized or semi-mechanized foundry workshops sand moulding. The machine adopts spring buffer pneumatic jolting mechanism, which can reduce the impact of shock on the foundation, and the requirements for the foundation are not high. The jolting mechanism adopts air valve and piston ring, and the mould lifting mechanism is synchronized by two cylinder, connecting rod and synchronous shaft. This machine increases the compaction cylinder stroke, increases the pressure strength, at the same time according to the need of compaction jolting, the sand mould compact and uniform.

III Structure This machine is composed of machine body, mould lifting mechanism, jolting and compaction mechanism, rotating arm pressure head and pneumatic pipe system components.
Machine body
It is composed of body, working table, table fasteners and other parts, connected with bolts on the base of the jolting mechanism. The body is equipped with some parts of the pipeline system. Open the back cover to do the maintenance of the fasteners and oil storage of the pipe line.
Jolting and compaction
It is composed of working table, jolting piston, air valve, compaction piston, compaction cylinder (i. e. base), etc. The jolting air intake is on the left side of the working table, which is equipped with jolting and compaction anti-rotation limit guide rod, and the vibrator is installed on the right side of the working table. Compacted air intake at the bottom of the compacted cylinder, diameter G3 / 4 ".
Pressure head turn arm part
It is composed of pressure head plate, rotating arm beam, center gear shaft, rack piston cylinder liner, etc.
Mould lifting
It is composed of lifting cylinder, connecting rod, synchronous shaft, moulding lifting rod, etc. The mould lifting cylinder adopts pneumatic oil device to ensure the stability of the mould lifting. The mould lifting frame drives the rod and synchronous shaft connected together to make the two mould lifting oil cylinders synchronize the lifting box mould lifting.
Pipe line
The input compressed air, eliminates the water and impurities in the compressed air through the water filter, and then through the oil mist, lubricating oil to do the operation steps by the the manual control valves.
IV Preparation before working
Fill each lubrication point with lubricating oil.
Mould lifting oil tank and mould lifting cylinder, rotating arm buffer cylinder are respectively injected with hydraulic oil, and check if there is oil leakage phenomenon.
Open the water discharge valve of the water filter to release the water.
The oil mist izer should be filled with oil 30 before use.
Check each control valve is in the original position: the handle of valve #1 is in the closed position, the handle of valve #2 is in the middle exhaust position, the handle of valve #3 is in the arm out position, the handle of valve 4 # is in the mould lifting down position, and each mechanism should also be in the corresponding position.
The mould plate is bolted on the working table, adjust the head position, and push the head in the out position.
