Main structure and performance of machine
1.According to JB / t2257.2-92 technical conditions of sheet metal bender and GB / t14349-93 precision of sheet metal bender, the whole machine is designed. All parts of the machine are designed by CAD, FEA and CAM software, which fully guarantees the structural strength and rigidity of each part;
2.Body steel plate welding structure, thick frame, high rigidity, strong shock absorption;
3.The mechanical structure of the machine tool is mainly composed of frame, working table, slide block, main oil cylinder and back stop. Perfect design and manufacturing technology can effectively ensure the manufacturing and use accuracy of machine tools. Manufacturing process flow of main structural parts (interpenetrating process inspection):

Hydraulic system
   1.The oil pressure valve group adopts Beijing Huade, which is equipped with overload protection device and can adjust the maximum pressure
   2. The oil pressure system is designed and manufactured by Beijing Huade digital closed circuit system with high load and logic seal. The closed oil pressure circuit has no noise and oil leakage.
3.Yingkai motor with strong power and low noise;
4.Japan NOK  sealing ring with good sealing performance, reliable operation and long service life;
5. The gear pump is simple and compact in structure, small in volume, light in weight, strong in self suction, insensitive to oil, resistant to impact load, stable in transportation of liquid, without pulsation, small in vibration and low in noise
6.The machine can work continuously under rated load. The hydraulic system has no leakage and is stable continuously with high accuracy.

Electric control system

Synchronous control of master cylinder
The movement and positioning of the left and right master cylinders are controlled by the Y-axis of the CNC system.
